My family stopped in for a quick lunch, and our group got the club sandwich, the foot long hotdog, and the burger. All three were absolutely perfect- the type of idealized food you imagine in your head when you order but never seem to get. Well, friend, Lisa's has you covered. They offer a side of fresh fruit, which is actually fresh, it's not the sad soggy grapes that have accompanied meals at other places. Lisa's has a very small town cozy feel, and you can tell the food is made with love. I can't wait to come back with my friends.

Insane French Onion soup! I'm so glad I found this bistro with a group of baseball mom's while waiting for our boys to get done practice. It is a gem of a place with extremely nice husband/wife owners on site.

My family and i read yelp reviews saying there was excellent food here. We arrived around 630 pm and it took a while to get service. There were three other groups at the time. The waitress had no idea what kinds of beer they had. We got our drinks. The waitress took our order and we waited for our food through another table receiving and finishing their food. Finally the food arrived and one order had been forgotten. So we substituted something else that would be ready fast. Mind you our two children were hungry and waiting for their food. Food was sub par. Shrimp were overcooked, italian sausage was comparable to store brand sausages. Worst of all was the lasagna. It was a bowl of cheese and sauce. Our waitress said the manager was gone so someone else came over to play manager for us. We paid for our drinks but refused to pay for the food and poor service. We will give them another chance but will call ahead to make sure managment is there.

I had high hopes after reading the other reviews, but after 2 tries I feel that the food is just average. I tried the Swiss style spaghetti carbonara and then a burger. The pasta was dry and bland. The burger was equally underwhelming. It's not bad...just so-so. it's nice and quiet and the service was great both times.

My birthday fell on a Monday & I thought no place would be open, but Lisa's was and it was martini night complete with a great sax player.. Brick Cooper. The French onion soup lived up to its amazing reputation! There are very limited evening entrees but they are all delicious. And you must try the "to die for " chocolate cake! Might be a Monday regular!

The food was mostly good, eventually, when we got it. My husband's ranch dressing came with a free eyelash. The sweet potato fries were likely baked as they took forever and were burnt on one side. Orange as a garnish seems costly and time consuming, it also doesn't go with everything. My sandwich was terribly heavy on lettuce but I fixed that. We ordered sandwiches with iced tea and were there nearly an hour. I try to be patient when a place is obviously understaffed but if that's the case I expect to see a little hop in your step. I don't mind a more laid back atmosphere but this was so slow it hurt. They just don't multitask well and that's important in a restaurant. It seems the layout could be revamped to improve efficiency and thereby speed. There's a lot of running around for things that should be near each other. Like, going around the bar to get a stapler to attach a slip to a receipt. Get a second one or keep it where you use it most. I get the feeling they are trying hard and I'd love to see them improve. Everyone was very nice but I'm not there to buy manners, I want lunch, preferably soon.

Enjoyed a delicious French Onion Soup, Greek Salad, and home smoked Turkey Sandwich. Did I mention cold cold beer? Great atmosphere and the proprietors are fun and hands-on.

This a new favorite find for us in the Laughlin/Bullhead area. The beef stroganoff was awesome as was the vodka penne pasta, capressetizer salad and house special chicken puff pastry. The atmosphere was nice and staff was very welcoming. We will definitely be back here when in the area.

If we have a choice of where to eat in Bullhead City, we choose Lisa's Bistro. We have been there several times since we discovered it two or three months ago, and the food has always been very good. If it were closer to where we live in Laughlin, we would go more often. Last night we attended a wine tasting and appetizer event there sponsored by the River Writers Group, and enjoyed a wonderful assortment of appetizers, all attractively displayed and delicious. We also enjoyed live music. The service is good and the prices are right.

A quaint little place with some fantastic fresh food! We had some of the homemade cream of mushroom soup for starters and loved it. I got the Rueben Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries. The sandwich was very tasty and not fatty at all. The fries were absolutely delicious! The didn't even seemed fried, but rather baked because they were not at all greasy but had browned spots on them as if they were roasted. They were light and crispy. My hubby got the Meatloaf Panini with the Pasta Salad and really enjoyed it. His sandwich was light (I know strange for meat loaf huh?) that had some sort of onion cheese spread on it which was very complimentary. It came with an au jus type sauce that really made the sandwich a hit. His pasta salad was fresh and homemade. Since everything seems to be freshly made, it does take a little while to get your food, but have patience...it's worth it! I got the fresh Sangria which was really good, but kind of small (served in a small wine glass)...a larger glass would have given it two thumbs up! ha. The owner Lisa was extremely warm and inviting..her bar area was meticulous! :) We WILL be back...maybe next time we'll try an evening dining experience when they have live music!

We have been going to Lisa Bistro for few years now. It is the best. Lisa and Beat are the owners and are the nicest people you will ever meet. The food is great and the cocktails are wonderful. The entertainment adds to the upscale type ambiance and we thoroughly enjoy ourselves when we go to dinner. Michelle and Jamie are the bartender and waitress, respectively, and are always on the top of their game. If you have not had the pleasure of dining there, you are missing a wonderful place. Give it a try. You will love it!!!!

Party of four. Greeted warmly and seated immediately. Enjoyable banter with the server, and drinks delivered quickly. The three that had Margaritas liked them a lot. Iced tea came from a never-empty pitcher. One couple split the vodka penne, and both ordered onion soup. They were willing to pay extra for the second soup, but the kitchen sent out the regular soup split into two, smaller, ramekins, with no extra charge. My wife ordered the quiche lorraine and fruit. The fruit was very fresh, with good texture. The quiche's filling was very good, but the crust was overcooked. I ordered the beef stroganoff, onion soup, and a side salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The soup was to die for. The salad was fresh and crispy, and the dressing was very good. The stroganoff came with sour cream on the side (?). I tried it without and with, and liked it better with. The beef was like butter - melted in my mouth. The dish was excellent; I took 1/2 home and it was excellent the next day. Both couples split orders of "Better Than Anything" cake. Heaven! The service was quick, attentive, and solicitous, catering to our every whim with charm and humor. The chef/owner spent considerable time with us, making sure we were satisfied with all our food and service. We're heading home tomorrow having just discovered this restaurant. Next year we'll be patronizing it regularly.

Excellent fresh food at a good value prepared by charming Swiss chef/owner. Deli and diner classics like French onion soup, Greek salad, and meat lasagna are super fresh and done to perfection. Prices are totally affordable, more than fair. The ambiance is simple but warm, sharp, new, and clean. And there's a full bar if you're so inclined. It's a little off-the-beaten-path to attract tourists, but If you live in the area, you have no reason to ever go to some chain restaurant again. This place is seriously wonderful. In this little town of Bullhead, you get used to writing not so flattering reviews about restaurants because, let's be honest.. A lot of places just don't measure up to even adequate standards. I am so happy to be able to write a great review for a change. Lisa's Bistro is a fantastic diamond in the rough. We felt welcome there the moment we walked in. The French onion soup was on par with some of the best restaurants I've visited. The chef was also very kind to come out, ask how our soup was, and even urged us to order our food before he gets orders for a large group of 30 ordered. Once we placed our order, we had our food within minutes. I urge all that are looking at this to give the place a shot. We really enjoyed it, and will most certainly return!

Thursday lunch for two; promptly seated and menu selections explained, with water delivered as requested. Spouse had Special of the Day lasagna [came with soup or salad and garlic bread] I had chicken apple salad and glass of Pinot Grigio [wine was excellent and ample]. We both opted for the onion soup [listed as "French" but not the traditional taste of what I think of as French Onion soup]. As previously stated by others the soup is exceptional. Our server was Lisa and twice during the meal "Mr. Lisa," the chef, came out to check if all was well. The bill, w/o tip was under $30.00. This "Bistro" is trying hard to please and deserves plaudits for the effort. If you want ordinary, go elsewhere; if you'd like to try something different, go to Lisa's. We will be patrons again when we're in the area.

On the yelp recommendations went to Lisa's Bistro ?! I agree everything was fresh ingredients however , plan to wait for your entree !! There was 1 waitress to wait on all the tables . Service was not great ! I am talking no less than 30 minutes to take our order ! It was good but not worth the wait !!
